Conditions exchange, return and refund:

  • Carefully fold the product in its original packaging *

    In case of receipt of a product does not match the original (another product, size error, color etc.), cross pen barcode stuck on the product packaging.

    Returns fees: The shipping costs are the responsibility of Al Moultazimoun only in the following cases:

    => Error on our part in the preparation of your package. Eg Package comes with size error, color or different product or originally ordered products.

    => Defective Product with apparent defects.

    In both cases above, the return costs will be borne Al Moultazimoun, to refund or in the form of voucher).

                                                                   TERMS OF REFUNDS

  • Send your parcel within 20 days.
  • Repayment within 15 days maximum from your bank or PayPal account.
  •  Only products are reimbursed (not postage) except our error.
  •  A fee of € 5 will be deducted from your refund for orders that have benefited offered shipping (restocking fees, packaging, feedback management, re-labeling).
  • A penalty of € 7 for non compliant fraudulent return not meeting our return conditions.
  • Return your product in its original packaging with the right barcode owned.
